Wifi, laundry and cleaning supplies provided. Driveway parking and guest parking available. The space Our home has been uniquely designed for guests to stay here in a completely private area indoors. This particular unit is on our middle floor of our home with kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, bedrooms, living space and hot tub access! An additional arctic room attached for all your winter/summer gear for storage to help avoid overcrowding your space in the home so you can relax after a long day of activities! Your stay here is more than just a place to rest your head. You will have coffee, stocked laundry supplies, extensive kitchenware and additional linens. *NOTE* Others may be staying on a different floor above or below you. Potential noise from other guests is possible. *NOTE* You may be sharing the hot tub with us the owners or potential guests staying in the unit above you that have access to the deck areas. It is very very rare we have both units that want to use it simultaneously. We can always put in a time requests also. We more so expect that guests take turns using the hot tub so everyone can enjoy the feature! Guest access Guests from this unit will have direct access to the hot tub located on the back deck space. * HOT TUB IS SHARED WITH 1 OTHER UNIT ABOVE YOU* From this same deck access, you will have stairs leading to the roof top deck on the garage. *Garage space is accessible on request only* Other things to note This is a house that has been uniquely remodeled into 3 private units. You will have other people possible being on a different floor. Just keep that in mind when booking. It is NOT the entire building structure to yourself. ***Pets are on approval. Max of 1 dog. Sorry no cats due to allergies. Addtional fees may apply. Please message me for details.*** We are open to having guests over to enjoy the deck space and visit family/friends. You will be responsible for your guests at all times and clean up after. Please communicate your guests visiting so we are all on the same page.
