Sweetpea Garden Cottage

Visit our hand crafted by your host sweet little cottage (8x10), on our south Seattle garden property. We also just finished a bathhouse (with separate bathroom and shower rooms), along with an outdoor kitchenette for our cottage and treehouse guests. We look forward to meeting you! NOTE: Our cozy spaces are created for solo guests only and we do not allow pets or smoking on the property so sorry! The space Please note that this is a small but sweet and peaceful space, best suited for a single individual (and we don't allow pets). There is a good amount of open storage space under the built-in bed but really this is an excellent opportunity to practice your packing light and minimal space organizing skills! You will be sharing the backyard and outdoor kitchen/bathhouse with any potential guests of our treehouse listing. The gardens, firepit, grill and huge covered back porch are community spaces. Note that we expect everyone to respect our home and keep all communal spaces clean and free of personal items or garbage/recycling consistently thank you! The kitchenette is now set up with a microwave, blender, small fridge, two burner stove, toaster oven and hot water kettle. The toilet and sink room are separate from the shower room so guests can access one without occupying the other. Guest access Feel free to use the big covered back porch attached to the main house to hang out, work, or use the grill. There are gardens in the front and backyard to enjoy. Other things to note Because we have two units in the backyard and surrounding neighbors in our urban setting we ask that you maintain reasonably quiet hours after 9pm. You are welcome to socialize into the night but please keep voices low key in volume after 9. Also your host wakes up for her early morning fitness business at 5am so she likes to get to sleep around that time too in the main house .. thank much all! : )
