Steps to the Beach! 2bed/ 2.5bath condo

Escape to this little piece of paradise and relax on the quiet and lovely sandy beach just steps away... Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. Modern finishes equipped with a full kitchen stocked with the essentiels like coffee and spices. The condo is also stocked with shower soaps, beach toys, coolers..etc. People from all backgrounds welcome! The space Welcome to Villa Number Ten @caymanislands_vacation_rentals Comfortable gel memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms with a white noise machine on the bedside table, smart TVs in each bedroom, 60inch in the living room with Bose soundbar, keyless entry, smart thermostat, Amazon Alexa, Xbox (and Kinect), board games, books, high chair (stored in the villa), playpen with extra mattress for comfort (stored on the villa) and electric grill to use on the patio, filtered water from the refrigerator so no need to purchase bottled water, kitchen is stocked with all the basics for cooking and assorted appliances that makes for a stay that feels like your home away from home :) ***Please note that the condo can accomodate up to 8 guests if you would like to save money on accommodations as I do not charge extra for extra guests, HOWEVER ideally the condo is better suited for 4 guests or 2 couples, as additional guests will have to sleep on the basic futons in the livingroom which is not like sleeping on the gel memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms.*** TRAVELLING WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS/FAMILY AND NEED TO BOOK EXTRA VILLAS? Please ask about the two other villas that are in the same complex and within steps of each other so you all can be close and still have your own space. Guest access Pool & sun loungers on the ocean side and a sandy white beach for you to enjoy. Before you leave the pool/beach, please return the chairs to where they were before, if you moved them to a different location. Other things to note 13% TAT (tourism accommodation tax) included in price. There is no maid service included with the reservation. However, if you prefer to have daily maid service, that can be arranged at an additional cost. The two futons in the living room can sleep one adult on each or two cozy couples or 2 kids on each however they are not comfortable like sleeping on the gel memory foam matresses in the bedrooms. Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .
