The living room and main bedroom both have Roku Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite programs (with your login credentials) and there is also a washer and dryer in this home. The main bedroom has one double bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There's a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Penguin Dr. is a short walk to Minit Market grocery store and deli and also Jolly Roger Amusement Park! There is a place to rent jet skis within a 2 minute walk! PERFECT LOCATION for a family - you can walk to Jolly Rodger for the kids (young and adult kids), walk to boat and jet ski rentals and also a short walk to the beach and ocean! *This property allows 2 night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend.* Please note that there is a boat parked in the boat slip during peak season so the boat slip is not included with this rental. Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $108.00. A complete line set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
