The space This beautifully designed, 1 bedroom luxe condo is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Queen City. It features a modern styled furnishings that are not only sophisticated, but comfortable. Whether you're staying for few nights or a couple of months, this condo has everything you need for pleasant and restful stay. The living room which features a 55 inch smart tv, also has a couch can transform into a full size bed. Mattress pad for extra comfort and clean sheets, can be found in the hallway closet. I The cozy bedroom highlights a queen size bed, 43 inch tv, and ample closet and dresser storage space. The spacious and chic full bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and common toiletries needed while traveling. The galley kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen dining, cooking, baking ware and utensils . As well as small appliances such as a toaster, blender, and single-serve coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. 7- Day Minimum stay in Guest access Guests are able to self check-in, and will have access to one parking spot in the garbage, full condo use, and access to the community pool and rooftop patio. Other things to note Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, but is at the sole discretion of the host (additional fees may apply) and must be approved prior to check-in/out time. -There will be ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside home or on patio. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for odor, stains or cigarette remains left inside unit. -Carrying/Usage of ANY illegal drug substance is strictly prohibited. If guest is suspected or found using or carrying any drug authorities will be notified and guest WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -Parties, social gatherings or the like are NOT allowed without exclusive permission from host. Any damage, Missing items, or unit left in unsanitary conditions the guest will be held responsible and charged an additional cleaning fee. In any unfortunate event of disturbance of neighbors, guests WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -NO ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS over the 3 guest maximum. Additional fees of $50 pp per night will be charged, or guests may be asked to vacate the property early. -Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm -Please do not rearrange our furniture -Please clean up behind yourself -Pets are NOT allowed this is a VERY STRICT policy. Only with exclusive permission from host, service animals are allowed but an extra pet cleaning fee may apply. -Please acknowledge that we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. -Note, starter toiletries are provided for every stay, but once they run out, guests will need to replenish their own supply for the remainder of their stay. -Please treat this space with care as if it was your own, we have worked very hard to provide our guest with the best possible experience.
