Our Ré-style house, close to the ocean, is located in a charming village 12 km north of La Rochelle. The spacious living room, open to an enclosed garden and not overlooked, invites you to relax and enjoy: outdoor dining area under awning, petanque court, barbecue, hammock... The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms (including 2 with private shower room) and the sofa bed in the living room offers 2 extra beds. The space Our house is located in a residential area and close to local shops. Its living area of 150 m² revolves around a bright main room all day and open to the outdoors: a patio and a landscaped garden enclosed without overlooking and with an unobstructed view of the countryside. It consists of an open and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and seating area. A TV is available, as well as board games and books (the accommodation is served by fiber). The sleeping area: - first bedroom with storage, shower room and toilet, - a second bedroom with storage, shower room and toilet, - two other bedrooms, one with a mezzanine bed, - a shared bathroom - an additional toilet. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available to guests. Tables, outdoor lounge, deck chair, hammock, gas grill for your grills, petanque balls, Molkky, or puck games, will leave you the choice of outdoor activities. We will let you enjoy the singing of our birds (available tits, melodious linnet or blackbird... and seagulls by the sea). 2 adult bikes will be available. Guest access The entire living area and garden. Other things to note It is advisable to have a vehicle to be able to travel around the area. The presence of animals is not desired. The nearest beach for swimming is located in Houmeau, 12 km away.
