Situated in the heart of Palm Desert, this palm tree-lined property sits on 1-acre, where guests can choose from endless outdoor activities like a 6-hole putting green with sand trap, basketball, bocce ball or relaxing in the oversized pool & spa. The space Villa Bella is the ultimate place to enjoy the outdoor desert lifestyle with your choice of cushioned loungers, daybeds or one of the many other outdoor seating areas with two TVs and additional seating for 6. Enjoy al-fresco dining in the covered kitchen equipped with BBQ, cooktop, two more TVs and additional dining for 6! Stay cool and take the entertainment indoors to the converted gym and game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong, corn hole, air hockey, treadmill, Schwinn stationary bike, and elliptical plus a large sectional and big screen TV. Step inside to experience an entertainers delight in this elegant open-concept space boasting a baby grand piano, large comfy couch, bar area featuring a mini fridge with ice maker, second TV and seating for 4. This kitchen is designed to take the stress out of entertaining with top-of-the-line appliances including two Wolf ovens, a subzero refrigerator and two dishwashers to do all the work at the end of the night. Guest access through pedestrian gate only** We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm. Kitchen: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Arrival information, including access codes will be emailed 5-days prior to your arrival. Other things to note - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? TRAVLR Vacation Home properties are accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home for your entire stay. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 80-82 degrees, we do charge a fee of $150/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert. DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
