Middle Mountain Cottage is a cozy, fully renovated 1 1/2 story house only 15 minutes from 7 Springs/5 minutes to Hidden Valley. 10 will sleep comfortably in beds. Meals are easy with a fully-stocked kitchen, grill and fire pit. Hike and hunt right out the back door into the state forest. After a day enjoying nearby ski resorts, theme parks, state parks, wineries, or attending a wedding, come "home" to make s'mores, play Foosball, corn hole or darts and relax in the new 7-seat hot tub! The space Two private bedrooms are on the main floor. The upstairs is in the shape of a "T" with 2 single beds in each of the 3 bedrooms. Because it is a 1/2 story, the 3 bedrooms are loft-style bedrooms. They are open rooms with NO DOORS. Kids love the upstairs and it also works well for singles! The combo living area has a couch, two chairs, and two tables with a total of 10 chairs/stools for dining. Two ottomans are also available to add seating space to the TV area. Some family games are stored inside the ottomans. The basement has a folding table and 10 chairs for enjoying a group game or meal. There is also a Foosball table and dart board for friendly competition. A washer and dryer is also available for your laundry needs. The large backyard has a rock fire pit, complete with wood, hotdog forks and sandwich makers and an 8' picnic table. There is plenty of room to play a game of, the provided, Corn Hole. Make sure to pack your swimsuit for a nice soak in the private hot tub! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property. Only 2 cabinets and a closet in the basement are locked for owners storage. Other things to note * 10 guests are included in the nightly rate - NO additional fees for extra people! Maximum of 10 permitted on the property at any time. *We are continuously improving the landscaping now whenever the weather allows. *There is a small creek at the edge of the backyard and a state forest is on the other side of the creek. Acres of hiking, mountain biking, and hunting are within steps of the back door. A trout stream is across the street with easy access a short drive away. *We are located literally within minutes of several wedding venues, state parks, ski resorts, theme parks, and well-known landmarks and memorials.
