I have also provided a guidebook for local recommendations When host is running a special discount, it only applies to the lowest night rate. It does not apply towards previous bookings, returning guest discount, holidays or special promos/discounts ran through airbnb. The neighborhood launch is able to be used by guests but it is encouraged to launch large boats at the public launches. Use the neighborhood launch at your own discretion.
