Our Ranch is a place to get away from the busy hustle and bustle. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Kick back, and enjoy our 5-acre lot with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a family weeklong vacation. We have a game room complete with shuffleboard, darts, poker, and a Wii. Outside you'll find a fire pit, outdoor games like cornhole, and a stocked pond. Experience something different, experience the Rinehart Ranch. The space This house has three bedrooms and one guest space/game room. We have many sleeping arrangements that can fit whoever joins you on your trip! We have a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one guest bedroom with a full-size bed, and one guest bedroom with a bunk bed configuration for kids and adults alike (sleeps 4). The game room also has a pullout couch with a double bed. Guest access This rental is for the entire property. So feel free to stay for the whole week and explore what the Rogue Valley has to offer. The Ranch offers a perfect place for a getaway or a great base camp for the exciting excursions in Southern Oregon! Other things to note This rental property does accept pets, with a pet fee included in your rental agreement. We have a pasture and can accommodate horses for those passing through. Please be respectful, clean up after your pets, and be thoughtful of the furniture. Other details of the house will be posted on the fridge. Please note that this property has a pond, and small children will need close supervision. Two out of three TV’s are SmartTV’s. If you want to watch tv in the master bedroom you’ll need to bring a Firestick or other device. It’s HDMI compatible.
