Leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up. Free on-site street parking at the building. The space Natural light brightens the entire family room and kitchen as the large original warehouse window dominates the street view brick wall. Enjoy the beautiful view of Waco including McLane Stadium through this window as you relax in the spacious family room. Three bedrooms feature one king-sized bed, separate bath with tub and shower. The other two bedrooms feature a queen and king sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom including double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The loft has a full sized washer and dryer, completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle. The family room features a 70 inch smart TV with cable. The loft is equipped with high speed internet access with free WiFi throughout.
