Montpellier House

Newly renovated in 2026, Montpellier House is located in the very centre of Henley-on-Thames, it has a long private drive with space for 8+ cars and has a large garden, both of which are very rare in the heart of the town. The space The layout of the house makes it suitable for any gathering and it can easily accommodate up to 12 people. It is a 5-minute walk to the river and 5 minutes to the many restaurants, cafes and shops in town. There are five bedrooms, four have a king bed, the fifth has bunk beds and there are also two single beds. There is a family bathroom in addition to two ensuites one of which has a bath. The large open plan kitchen has underfloor heating, quartz worktops and a large island. It boasts a double electric oven, a single oven and an integrated microwave along with an induction hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, a hot water tap and coffee machines. It is well-equipped, catering for twelve, with the table and chairs overlooking the garden, as does the sitting area, both having large opening french doors. The landing cupboard has the washing machine, along with the boiler. The house has travel cots, highchairs and children’s tableware. In addition to the large kitchen and family sitting area, there is an extra sitting room with TV. One of the main features of the house is the beautiful garden, with plenty of relaxing and dining furniture with a BBQ and fire pit. Please note charcoal, wood, fire lighters and matches are not provided. As the garden is fenced, it’s ideal to let your children or dog run free! Despite the feeling of pure tranquillity, hidden away down a private road, the house is conveniently located in the centre of Henley with all local amenities within walking distance so no need to use your car. Dogs are very welcome to join you during your stay, however, please note that they must not be left unattended at the property at any time and that there is an additional £30 charge per pet.
