Other things to note •Rooftop patio furniture is seriously weathered from the sun, please note before booking. **Guest Stay & Checkout Guidelines** **Late Check-Out & Early Check-In** - If you requested a courtesy late check-out but did not follow check-out instructions, a standard $100 late check-out fee will apply. - Early check-in and late check-out fees cover the cost of additional staff, utilities, and supplies required to prepare the unit. **Cleaning & Additional Fees** - **Extra Cleaning Fees:** Excessive trash, sand, stains, or mess may incur a $50-$100 additional cleaning fee depending upon the severity. - **Bedding Replacement:** Any bedding with blood, needles, urine, or feces will require a full replacement ($100 fee). - **Sand:** Please shake off all towels before entering. Excessive sand can damage the washer/dryer, and repair costs will be charged. - **Diapers:** If traveling with an infant, dispose of diapers in the outdoor dumpster. A $50 fee will be charged for odor removal if diapers are left in the unit. **Smoking & Odor Policy** - No smoking inside the unit (including marijuana). - Please smoke outside and do so with all doors closed, and dispose of cigarette butts properly in the dumpster. - If an excessive smoke odor remains, an additional $200 cleaning fee will apply. **Pets** - Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning deposit. However, they are **not** allowed on the furniture. **Linens & Furniture** - If linens are stained beyond a standard beach wash, an additional fee will be charged. - Indoor furniture must **not** be moved outside. If left outside and damaged, guests will be responsible for replacement costs. **Plumbing & Trash** - Do not put excessive hair down the drains to avoid plumbing issues. - Do not leave trash on the floor, balcony, or anywhere in the unit. Use provided trash bins. - No cigarette butts, fingernails, cut hair, or other debris should be left in the bathroom or any part of the unit. **Check-Out Responsibilities** - **Sofa bed:** Fold and remove all bedding before departure. - **Lock all doors and turn off all lights, including balcony lights (inside & outside).** - If checking out late at night, **do not leave the door unlocked**—guests are responsible for the unit until the host secures it. - If leaving early, please notify the host for liability purposes. **Additional Services** - Mid-stay or extra cleanings are available for a fee—please contact us to arrange. - Extra charges apply for cat litter left around the unit. **Additional Guest Information** - There are stairs to get into the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. - If you have booked and plan to bring more than the declared number of occupants, please adjust your guest count now.
