The expansive primary suite includes a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room offers two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, a game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds extra convenience. Outdoor living Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor pool - available all year - or unwind in the private hot tub beneath the mountain air. The patio includes outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, creating a comfortable setting for crisp winter evenings outdoors. Kitchen & dining The open-plan kitchen is designed for shared meals, with granite countertops, quality appliances, and a separate butler kitchen for larger gatherings. Neighborhood Located in Whistler’s exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, just a short walk away, connecting you to Creekside Village shops, restaurants, and slope access. Ski access Ski in, ski out access is approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Head left from the property, then right at the crossroad to reach the Kadenwood Gondola and the nearby access trail to Lower Peak to Creek, which leads to the Creekside Gondola. The narrow access trail is best suited to intermediate skiers, while beginners may prefer to take the Kadenwood Gondola. For ski in access, follow the Kadenwood trail to the top of the Kadenwood Gondola, then walk approximately 3 minutes back to the home. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private pool and hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Other things to note • Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property. • Strictly no parties or events.
