There is one bathroom with a shower downstairs and a full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs. There is a small seating area out front and a back patio with strung lights for enjoying the mountain air, playing games or enjoying a well-deserved beverage. Guest access The entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Pine Ridge bus stop (FYI, Siri tends to take you to the parking lot to the east of ours). There is a dedicated parking space directly in front of the unit. Additional guest parking spaces are scattered around the parking lot. A closet in the bedroom with bunk beds is locked and used to store supplies and the owner’s personal belongings. There is a second spacious, walk-in closet in this bedroom for guests. Aside from the one closet, guests have full access to the entire unit and outdoor space. Other things to note Bath towels, bed linens and light toiletries are provided. Pack and play is available (please bring your own linens though if needed as none are provided). Keurig and tea kettle with an assortment of coffees and teas are available for your enjoyment.
