Relax with your family in this quiet, independent villa, immersed in an ancient village in the hills above the city of Verbania, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. It has a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and possibly the addition of an additional double bed in the small and charming attic. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, breakfast corner, electric coffee machine, electric kettle, electric oven and microwave, and has an acoustic signal for detecting gas leaks. In the kitchen-living room you will have a TV and a small sofa. In the double rooms you will have the TV, in one of the rooms you will find an area dedicated to the use of your laptop having free Wi-Fi. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower, the one on the lower floor has a bidet, while the one on the upper floor is complete with a 7 kg washing machine. The house provides numerous books of various kinds in Italian for adults and children, and for the little ones there will be a corner completely dedicated to them. The house is completed with a terrace, equipped with two armchairs and a large garden, with a wood-fired barbecue, sun loungers and a wooden table equipped with an umbrella to enjoy summer evenings outdoors. The house is also accessible by bicycle. Guest access Guests are allowed access to the entire villa, with the exception of the tool shed located in the garden. Other things to note The village of Vignone is located 530 meters above sea level, about 3 km from the city of Verbania. The house is close to a natural chestnut forest and guarantees excursions with the possibility of encountering forest animals. 200 meters from the house, there is an outdoor public swimming pool with an adjoining pizzeria and restaurant, in the area there is a picnic area with a playground for the little ones. Also nearby, within walking distance, there is a mini-golf course. The village is served by a paid public bus service. From here you can go on excursions to the Islands of Lake Maggiore, experience the thrill of the Zipline, visit the renowned city of Stresa, Villa Taranto and much more to discover on site.
