It has a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and possibly the addition of an additional double bed in the small and nice attic. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, breakfast corner, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, electric oven and microwave. It has an acoustic signal for gas leakage detector. In the kitchen-living room you will have a TV and a small sofa. The house is completed by a terrace, equipped with two armchairs and a large garden, with a wood-burning barbecue, sun loungers and a wooden table with an umbrella to enjoy summer evenings outdoors. The house is close to a natural chestnut forest and ensures hikes with the possibility of meeting the animals of the forest. 200 meters from the house there is a public outdoor pool with attached pizzeria and restaurant, in the area there is a picnic area with a playground for the little ones. Also nearby, there is also a mini golf course nearby. The village is served by a paid public bus service.
