This place is located less than 5 minutes away from the Acrisure Arena, Agua Caliente Casino, Regal Cinemas, Costco and Sams club and much more. This is a 3 bedroom house with 2 baths. My place is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, full bathroom, walk in closet and smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a full sized bed and smart TV. The second bathroom is a full size bathroom that includes a shower and regular sized bathtub. The living room features comfortable seating, board games and a 60 inch flat screen Smart TV. My place is surrounded by many activities for everyone such as hiking trails, great restaurants, and nightlife. Many popular desert attractions such as the Palms Springs Tramway, El Paseo Shopping District, and Sunnylands Center and Gardens are all located nearby. My Property is located in Thousand Palms. The neighborhood is located about 5 minutes away from the I-10 freeway and it is the most centrally located city in the Coachella Valley. Thousand Palms is about 15 minutes from Palm Springs, Palm Desert and La quinta. I recommend renting a car to be able to see all the attractions and hiking trails Palm Springs has to offer. There is free parking on my driveway and on the street. Uber, Lyft and Taxi Cabs are all available from my property. There is also a local bus agency (Sunline Transit Agency) that has routes throughout the entire Palm Springs area. There is a bus stop within a five minute walk from my place. The property should not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. An extra $50 per person per night will be charged if this is violated and you will be subject to immediate removal of the property. Ring Camera located at the front entrance and backyard.
