LISTING DESCRIPTION The entrance door directly accesses the living room where there is a typical rustic fireplace, table with chairs and bench and sofa bed. The adjacent masonry kitchen is complete with all the necessary equipment and appliances, microwave and coffee maker included. Going up the stairs you get to the upper floor of the sleeping area from which the rooms are accessed. The master bedroom is furnished with an old closet and wrought iron bed, from the door you can access the terrace on the first floor, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view. In the dressing room there is a bunk bed and also from its window you can admire the view. The bathroom has a comfortable shower with a box and a masonry cabinet with an inlaid mirror (there is a hairdryer). The terrace of the house is equipped with a washing machine, storage room for cleaning tools and for the house, a pool and two floors of marble support typical of the area. Guest access Bed linens and bathroom towels (face-bidet-shower) are included. Electricity, water and gas consumption are also included. On the day of arrival, it is necessary to send the host the identity documents of all guests to make the necessary registrations with the competent authorities.
