Bring the whole family to this 4,000 sq ft lake house escape with lots of room for fun. This property is located in Sperry, just 25 minutes from downtown Tulsa, on beautiful Skiatook lake. This house sits above the water line, and has beautiful lake views from all 3 stories. Whether you are looking for a family gathering space or a private weekend away, this house has everything you will need! The space This house is a three story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a shared full bathroom. The master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom is located on the main floor along with the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The main floor has a large deck with plenty of outdoor seating for all guests and great lake views. The finished basement with another bedroom and two full bathrooms is equipped with a projector screen, games, bumper pool/poker table, and a sauna . TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Each TV is equipped with an Amazon fire stick or Roku to allow the guests to log in to their accounts. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note This house is located in a rural area with corp land all around, so it is not unusual for different wildlife and bugs to be around sometimes. We treat this property for insects on a regular basis; however, there still may be a bug or two seen during a stay. We do everything we can to repel them, but sometimes a few still get inside.
