This unique property is perfect for getting together with friends and family. If it is quiet and relaxation that you seek then this is the place to be. You will find a spacious living area, decorated with cute elements and furniture that in combination with the amazing view create an overwhelming feeling of relaxation! In addition, the room features big glass windows and doors that let ample sunlight come in, light up the space, and fill your batteries with energy for even greater holidays! In the living room area, you will find a big comfortable sofa bed, a Flat-screen Tv and a fireplace. Right next to it, you will find the kitchen, which has everything you need! A full-size stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, cookware, tableware, utensils, washing machine, and even a dishwasher because let us be honest, who wants to do the dishes when they are on holiday! In the main bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed with a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a split unit air conditioner and a large window with a mesmerizing view!The second bedroom has split unit air conditioning and a wardrobe! It features two single beds that you can put together and has its own en-suite bathroom. As you step outside through the living room door, you will find yourselves on the large covered veranda, which features a big charcoal Bbq and with a view of the pool area and the sea. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout. This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival. Guests will receive a digital rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION; we are not a Hotel. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €30/stay for High Chair or €40/stay if you wish to order both together. • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost. • Parking Regulations: You are welcome to park your car next to the villa in the street parking areas. Please note that parking within the villa premises is not permitted. • Barbeque Usage: For safety and property maintenance reasons, the use of open fire barbeque equipment is not allowed on the villa premises. FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account. FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment. FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group. ELECTRICITY IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits: * Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH. If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily.
