TV streaming services require guest accounts to access. A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months. The fireplace is not available for guest use. No smoking is allowed inside this home. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
