Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is surrounded by award winning vineyards, farm stand, and beaches. Greenport village is just a 12min drive away where you'll find restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to Shelter Island and the Hamptons Stay in our Southold home in the heart of North Fork and enjoy the best the North Fork has to offer! Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is steps from Cedar beach, surrounded by award winning vineyards, farm stands and just steps to Cedar beach! Southold town center is an 8min ride where you'll find restaurants, local shops, and a grocery store. For more restaurants, shopping or the ferry to Shelter Island/ South Fork, Greenport village is just a 12min drive away. We have 2 single kayaks (and life jackets) for use. You can launch directly into the Peconic Bay off of Cedar Beach, (just a block away). There are also 2 beach chairs, some beach towels and a wagon to carry equipment up the block to the beach. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each and a 3rd bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a pull out queen sofa in the living room. There is a crib & highchair available for use. Additionally there is one full bath, one half bath and an outdoor shower. House is fully equipped. Includes washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, sheets, towels. It has Wi-Fi and even a desk with a monitor if you need a place to work. There is YouTube TV available (40+) channels. There are window A/Cs in teh dining room, master bedroom and guest room. The children's room has a ceiling fan and a floor fan There is a bright & beautiful dining area with a door that leads to an outdoor patio. The patio has a full sized table and 6 chairs in case you prefer to eat in the fresh air. There is a charcoal grill and fire pit for use Take a glass of wine out to the back yard and sit on an Adirondack chair. Use the grill to cook up fresh fish from Southold Fish Market right up the road or just sit by the fire-pit to chat with friends & family. We also have a handful of yard games for enjoyment!
