I love the design and have had such a lovely time in the room. Fong is a great host, super responsive, and helpful. Made sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again. House Rules: No parties or events allowed. No smoking is allowed. Pets allowed. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. No unregistered guests allowed. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Please turn off the AC when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes. Please take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Pet Guidelines: Please ensure all pets are leashed. Kindly clean up after your pets. You will be messaged the code a day before your reservation through the Airbnb messaging platform. We ask guests to do the following before their 11 am check-out. ● Garbage: Gather and place all garbage in the appropriate bins in the front yard. ● Dishes / Spills: Before leaving, wash all the dishes you used and place them on the drying rack. If something has spilled, please clean it up immediately afterward ● Towels: Place all used towels in the hamper. ● Furniture: If you’ve moved any furniture, you must move them back to their original location. ● Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double-check items you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, garage, washer/dryer, and kitchen cabinets.
