The space This spacious house offers room for up to 10 guests with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and 2 open loft bedrooms. Each of the lower bedrooms contains a queen bed and a closet. The upstairs loft area off the kitchen contains 2 queen beds and the loft area above the living room contains a queen bed, couch, and chair. Guest access All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental does not include use of the owner's boat OR boat lift.
