My place is small, cozy, unique, clean and comfortable within walking distance to quaint downtown areas. While it does have sleeping accomodation for up to 5 guests, that is a tight fit, with a queen-sized futon and small sofa bed in the living room and a queen-sized bed in the single bedroom.
