This is a lower level basement apartment and the owners live directly above the property. As with any Basement apartment noise can travel. The owners have provided a noise machine, and a fan to help with the noise but if you are very sensitive this may not be a good fit. Other things to note Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking. License or registration number: 19-137293 ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10 pm. ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside.
