This home comes fully equipped with its own private stock tank pool for hot summer days, string lights for ambiance, a BBQ for grilling out, outdoor shower + full washer/dryer, claw foot soaking tub, queen size bed, TV, and more! 2 bikes included! The space 2 complimentary bikes included!! We are in love with this house! The interior of the home is equipped with a queen size bed, dining table and chairs for two, TV, claw foot soaking tub, and kitchenette. Outside you will find darling outdoor living space with string lights, stock tank pool, BBQ grill, the outdoor shower, and washer/dryer. Guest access Walking distance to the beach access, highway 30-A, Surfing Deer, Seagrove Market, Publix in WaterColor, and more! Other things to note AirBnb handles all payments. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags + laundry pods for your stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
