This home comes fully equipped with its own private stock tank pool for hot summer days, string lights for ambiance, a BBQ for grilling out, outdoor shower + full washer/dryer, claw foot soaking tub, queen size bed, TV, and more! 2 bikes included! The space 2 complimentary bikes included!! We are in love with this house! The interior of the home is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, dining table and chairs for two, TV, claw-foot soaking tub, and kitchenette. Outside, you will find a darling outdoor living space with string lights, stock tank pool, BBQ grill, the outdoor shower, and washer/dryer. Guest access Walking distance to the beach access, highway 30-A, Surfing Deer, Seagrove Market, Publix in WaterColor, and more! Other things to note AirBnb handles all payments. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags + laundry pods for your stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
