When the sun goes down, escape inside to enjoy the indoor gas fireplace, and have a movie or family game night. Live lavishly at the association’s indoor and outdoor pools, or have a beach day at the member-only beach. Also included with your stay is access to a fitness center, clubhouse, and a member-only restaurant. This large Abbey Springs condo consists of two main-floor bedrooms, a loft area and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for mid-sized families and friend groups. Whatever the reason for your trip, you’ll be happy to choose the Duck Pond Retreat as your vacation home. Guests can also enjoy the perks of the golf cart which is included with your rental (Available Memorial Day - Labor Day). * Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are already included in the total reservation cost. *Guest Pass Policy: Guest passes are non-transferable. If you wish to switch a pass to a different guest during your stay, the exchange must be completed at the guard house. The original pass must be turned in, and a new pass will be issued to the new guest. * Golf Cart is available Memorial Day - Labor Day only * You must be a licensed driver over the age of 18 to operate the golf cart * Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *Please note that we require the names of all guests in your party. *On-site parking available for a maximum of two vehicles. *Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee. Additional Fees: Early Check-In – $75 (based on availability) Late Check-Out – $75 (based on availability) *Lost and Found – If you left something behind, please contact us. While Geneva Lakes Vacations isn’t responsible for items left after a stay, we’ll do our best to locate and return them. Guests cover shipping. Once located, returns may take up to 4 weeks.
