The space Included with your stay is access to the member-only lakefront sandy beach, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and a member-only restaurant-perfect for a family or date night out! This two-bed, one-bath Abbey Springs gem can comfortably accomodate up to six guests. Enjoy resort living at its finest! Other things to note * Please inquire with us prior to booking for stays greater than 90 days **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! **Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost. *Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home. *Please note that we require the names of all guests in your party. *Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee. **On-site parking available for two vehicles.** Additional Fees: Early Check-In – $75 (based on availability) Late Check-Out – $75 (based on availability) *Lost and Found – If you left something behind, please contact us. Once located, returns may take up to 4 weeks. **“Please note that the Abbey Springs Yacht Club may be closed during your stay due to a planned reconstruction project expected to continue through 2026. During this time, the Yacht Club and waterfront food and beverage services will not be available for guest use. All other Abbey Springs amenities including the beachfront, pools, golf course, and recreational facilities will remain open and accessible. As the Yacht Club is located near the beachfront, guests using that area may see and hear construction activity.”
