Sequoia National Park is open 7 days a week, see the Sherman Tree. You’ll love my ranch because of the views, the outdoors space, and the river; it is so peaceful. My place is good for families with kids or two couples. Enjoy hiking, swimming, boating, fishing on a 382 acre ranch and along more than a mile of river or in several ponds, largest covering 1.5 acres. You can hike to a 60 foot waterfall! Only 15 minutes from the Gate to world famous Sequoia National Park. The cabin has free WiFi! You’ll love our ranch for the views, outdoors space and beautiful river. Good for one couple, two couples or even families with children! Enjoy hiking, swimming, boating, and fishing on a 382 acre ranch, more than a mile of river or in several ponds (one covering 1.5 acres). Only 15 minutes from the gates to world famous Sequoia National Park!! Your personal, private cabin and access to the entire 382 2 acre Sequoia Rivers Ranch property. Cook in your kitchen, or just chill in nature’s backyard. :) There are several great, private swimming locations along the river. You can hike to our 60 ft high waterfall from the high spot on the ranch. Note: all of the roads on the ranch are unpaved (dirt). Yes. We are looking forward to meeting you! We love the great outdoors here and would be happy to answer any questions of where to go and what to check out. See you soon! Charming neighborhood and nice neighbors. A 10 minute drive will get you to HWY 198 where there are restaurants in both directions. To the West the is shopping including a grocery store (about 10 minutes). To the East just 5 minutes is the entrance to Sequoia National Park (but it is still another 40 minutes or so up a windy road inside the park to Giant Forest and other attractions). You need a car, which is just fine to get to the cabin. If you want to explore some of the other ranch roads by car, all wheel drive might be helpful. Hiking to explore around the ranch is always encouraged. There is a walkway to the river with a large swimming hole for you to enjoy. Also there are ponds near the cabin where you can fish and you can fish in the river as well! No Pets. No TV, or cell phone except AT&T. Cut the cord and have a real vacation! The cabin has WiFi. If you log your cell phone into the Wifi you will have cell phone service at and near the cabin. The Hosts have AT&T and 911.
