Chico Creek House - Hot Tub, Game Room & Fire Pit

Welcome to Chico Creek House! We hope you love our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a hot tub, fire pit, bbq and game/sun room. Enjoy the park like backyard with private gated access to Little Chico Creek. This is a family friendly house, in a quiet neighborhood, a couple blocks from Baroni Park. Also located across from the new Meriam Park Development that includes restaurants, shops, shows and a dog park. We are only a 35 minutes drive to the snow! Enjoy a day of playing and sledding. The space As you walk through the front door, enter into an open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining room area. Living room is furnished with an L-shaped couch and a 60 inch TV. Enjoy a meal at the large dining room table. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc. Brand new washer and dyer and laundry soap available free of charge. Hardwood floors throughout the main living space and brand new carpet in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King bed w/ en suite bathroom and 50 inch TV. Two bedrooms have Queen size beds and 4th bedroom has an XL Twin trundle bed with a pull out additional twin bed underneath (additionally a large desk and brand new 32 inch computer monitor are provided). A Queen size air mattress can be found in the bedroom closet and is available to set up in the living for 2 additional sleeping guests, up to 10 total. There is large viewing Sunroom on the back of the house to enjoy the view of Little Chico Creek while also playing a game of foosball, darts or poker. In the backyard you will find a BBQ and grass area with fire pit and Adirondack chairs as well as a hot tub for your enjoyment. Guest access The entire home
