This charming two story home is located in the Downtown area of Washington, Missouri, just a few blocks from the Missouri River. Bars, restaurants, shopping all close by. Definitely room for a crowd. Fenced in back yard and patio area. Large front porch to sit and watch the town go by. 4/11/22 Review: The house was phenomenal! The photos don’t do it justice. Absolutely lovely in every way. Great patio, fenced yard for our dogs and every amenity in the home you could possibly need. The space Beautiful 4 Bedroom home in Downtown Washington. The house is 3000 sq. ft. The living room/den is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is a large chef's kitchen with plenty of room for more than one cook! The beds are all brand new, high end mattresses and linens. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. Two Queen sofa sleepers are on the main floor. The family room off the kitchen is the best. Gas fireplace, two queen sofa sleepers, 70 Inch TV...All new. Guest access The whole house is accessible with the exception of the basement. There is main floor laundry. The backyard is fenced. ALL FOUR BEDROOMS ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR. Other things to note Our other two properties are all within two blocks. The Guesthouse on Locust and the Aletha Marie Krog House if you need extra space for more family or friends. They are listed on Airbnb as well. We love dogs! Dogs are allowed and come with very strict rules. 1. Your dog must be crated when you leave the house. NO EXCEPTIONS 2. Please don't allow your pup on our furniture. 3. Please clean up waste in the yard and PLEASE tell us if there was an accident in the house so we can treat it properly so other dogs don't try to contribute to that. Also included is a limited amount of coffee and snacks. Areas marked Private and are locked will remain that way through your stay. Thank you for your respect of our property!
