Private parking Other things to note We are setup for self check in. We cannot accommodate infants or children under 12. The studio is not suitable or equipped to do so, no exceptions.. *Pets or animals strictly prohibited. You have reserved Luxe Studio Loft # 1.There are 2 studio apartments both clearly numbered. Please keep the noise level down for the respect of other guests. $60.00 charge will be requested if sheets are damaged. A garment steamer is provided instead of an iron. * Please refrain from lighting any candles as this is a fire hazard. Parking is available for 1 car only! There is no overnight parking on Main St. Parking is not allowed in the post office or restaurant parking lot (100 Main St.) Please use EXTREME CAUTION entering and exiting the parking lot- watch for other vehicles and side door opening! Please limit occupancy to 2 people. After 2 guests, $60 per person per night. All guests must be registered. Please consider purchasing travel insurance when booking with us for unexpected events.
