The Luxe Lofts are designed for the comfort and safety of Adults only- no infants or children under 12. Guest access Full access to your private Luxe Studio # 1 by stairs or elevator. Private parking Other things to note We are setup for self check in. We cannot accommodate infants or children under age 12- the space is not suitable or equipped to do so. No pets or animals permitted- no exceptions. Please keep the noise level down for the respect of other guests. A garment steamer is provided instead of an iron. *Please refrain from lighting any candles as this is a fire hazard. This is Luxe Studio # 1- there are 2 studio apartments both clearly numbered. Parking is available for 1 car. There is no overnight parking on Main St. Parking is not allowed in the post office or restaurant parking lot next door (100 Main St.) Please use EXTREME CAUTION entering and exiting the parking lot- watch for other vehicles, pedestrians and side door opening! Luxe Studios are on the 2nd floor of the Riehle Opticians Building. Please limit occupancy to 2 people. After 2 guests, $60 per person per night. All guests must be registered.
