Seaside Sunrise is located in the Colony Reef Club condo complex offering gated access, two pools (indoor heated pool and oceanfront ), tennis (pickleball & Racquetball) courts, outdoor playground & workout room. Seaside Sunrise has been equipped with all the essentials for your relaxing pleasure! Master bedroom offers a King size bed with attached bathroom, the second guest room features a Queen& Full bed plus a sleeping nook with two twin beds. Seaside Sunrise also offers a pack n play and highchair for the younger crowd. All new linens and towels, bath and beach provided plus beach cart and beach chairs. The kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops offers enough utensils and bakeware needed to whip up that feast. The spacious balcony is the perfect spot to grill up some shrimp on the provided electric grill and enjoy dining al fresco while utilizing the outdoor furniture and dining table.
