Romantic evenings under cozy fur blankets by the open fire. The space The green holiday home with a wooden extension and an anthracite-colored roof is located on a quiet street. The guest parking lot is directly at the holiday home. As soon as you enter the hallway you can see the real slate floor and a solid wood bench. The wooden sliding door leads to the high-quality modern luxury fitted kitchen with granite worktops, wine fridge, hob extractor system and dishwasher. From the kitchen, the room opens up to under the roof, with old solid wooden beams visible. The dining area and the living area with HD TV and fireplace guarantee comfort. Panoramic doors to the large outdoor terrace and the private wellness area with a covered outdoor whirlpool and sauna. Another wooden sliding door leads from the kitchen to the bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. Wardrobe with guest safe and luggage rack with drawer above guarantee storage space for the duration of your stay. From the bedroom you get through a sliding door with barn door fittings directly into the bathroom. The spa bath impresses with a slate floor that is warm to the feet and a slate shower area with a rain shower, as well as ceiling LED spotlights that can be switched on in different colors. A large reclaimed wood mirror and a reclaimed wood hook rack give the bathroom a rustic touch. Outside, to the right of the front door, is the lockable guest storage room for sports equipment or bicycles with 2 charging options for e-bikes. Guest access Guests have access to all areas inside the holiday home, except for the technical room for heating, photovoltaic system and electricity meter box. The code for the key safe will be communicated to the guest prior to arrival. The holiday home has digital light switches and buttons for blinds, and heating thermostats.
