We back to the Sitgreaves National Forest for off-roading adventures or exploring on foot. We have a private gate (key provided) to enter the forest. Lakes and hiking trails are also nearby if you drive. NO ATV riding on property allowed! You're close enough to town to go out for dinner or pick up something small you forgot at the little grocery or dollar store, but you also have your own privacy and room to roam. Enjoy the weather and being outside on the wrap around porch or picnic outside on the tables. We're not too far off the highway, so you may hear traffic when you're outside. There are enough beds for 15 people. (The pullout in the loft is smaller than a twin bed, so really only ideal for a smaller child.) BOOK FOR FULL # OF GUESTS. If you are close to 15 and have good reviews, please contact me before booking to see if we can accommodate more. $50 charge per person, per night if you book for fewer people that you disclose. Guest access You have the entire cabin and over an acre to yourself. We will give you specifics about our property lines when we send you the access code a day or two before your arrival. Please make sure you stay on our property or on the forest property that is behind our cabin. The other land around us is private property. Other things to note You will need to take all your trash to a nearby compacting site during business hours or take it home with you. (They are closed on Wednesdays.) There is a $75 fee if it's left behind. If you prefer not to deal with it, let me know and we'll schedule a pickup for a $50 fee. DO NOT BRING MORE GUESTS THAN YOU DISCLOSE OR YOU COULD BE TOLD TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND OR CHARGED $50 EXTRA PER PERSON, PER NIGHT . (Only $12 per person, per night when booking; first 10 included in base price.) It's important that we have an accurate # since we have a water tank. We only pay for it to be refilled if we think there will be a need, based on the number or guests or length of stay. You don't want to run out of water!
