Free WiFi , Roku and other streaming services. Laptop work space with Chromebook, mouse, office supplies and power strip. Sleeping arrangements for up to 6, (4 adults 2 kids) Senior, Veteran/active duty, and first responder discounts Extensive walking trail system through open fields and wooded areas. The space Microwave, air fryer, Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster and blender available in kitchen.. There are three queen size beds, two couches in living room. All bedding and pillows provided, but bring your favorite if you like... Ceiling fans in master bedroom & living room... Box fans in each bedroom for air circulation & white noise... Bathrooms are stocked with single use products, but bring your own if you want. Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise) supplied... containers and single use packets. Snacks provided (chips, granola bars, and the like) Free bottled water! Full length front porch with a 5' swing, drink stands, rocking chairs and other seating available and a ceiling fan with lights. A ramp has been added at the front door. It is four feet long with an eight inch rise. This was done to accommodate wheelchair access and to alleviate the high step from the porch to the living room. There are five cameras one the property. There is a Blink video doorbell on the front door; one on driveway side of house, one on opposite end of porch, one facing the lake on the front of the porch, and one on the back deck facing the trail head. All are in plain sight. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas. Cameras are not monitored when guests are present, but we do check them for security purposes. House is wired for portable generator which is on-site and can be operational in a matter of minutes. Guest access Full access to residence and immediate surrounding area. Fishing, two pedal boats, two kayaks and a rowboat are all available as the weather dictates. All but the row boat are removed and stored from late fall through spring. Limited tackle available, but bring you own if you like. Live bait available nearby. Life jackets provided. Other things to note Pet Policy: We allow one dog (20 lbs or under) with a $50 fee; cats are not permitted. You must notify us and be approved in advance and agree to these rules: 1. Dogs must be crated if left alone inside. 2. No pets allowed on furniture. 3. Pets must be wiped clean if muddy or wet. 4. You are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste. Failure to disclose a pet will result in an additional $100 penalty. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation and identification. NO firearms are allowed anywhere on the property unless you are here for hunting seasons, in which case the following stipulations apply; Prior notification and approval is required. No discharge of firearms unless specifically approved by hosts. Please review our welcome guide and house rules before your arrival. Please note that we require the names and ages of all the guests in your party to be listed in the reservation, and you as the renter must be one of the guests and stay at our Lake House. Third party rentals are not permitted. Events are not permitted.
