You have a beautiful backyard with gazebo, patio terrace, BBQ, and pool (not heated) to enjoy a relaxing time with your friends and family. Home includes an entire fully stocked kitchen W/ pots and pans, cooking utensils, and Keurig coffee maker with coffee, sugar, and creamer. Property also includes baby high chair, pack n play, cot, baby tub, and two life vest for kids, few pool floats in shed, and washer and dryer. We provide a guest starter pack of travel size toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper Guest access Guest will have access to entire home Other things to note •Neighborhood is very safe and quiet time is at 10pm •No life guard on duty •Pool is not heated •We provide guest a starter pack with toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, and travel size toiletries •If any damage if found to the home by guest a fee will be charged according to damage • Check in is anytime after 4:00pm and check and is self check-in with keypad out is at 11:00am • Guest are not allowed to smoke inside the house (A $500 fee will be charged) .
