The residence is a quiet single family development located in the North West section of Charlotte, NC. We have continuous interaction with all guests on a daily basis. We have sit downs with our guest, with adult beverages, snacks and we also sit down for meals as they come up or our guest make meals. The guest rooms are available on the second floor (up one flight). There a full size shared bath/shower available for the guests which includes towels, wash clothes, face towels, individual bathroom supply containers, etc. There is a large office area upstairs for guest to work at with wifi, network connections and printer. There is also cable TV available in the office area for the guests use or to watch a second TV on the main floor in the living room. The guest has access to the kitchen, living and laundry room as needed. No associated charges for use of laundry facility. There is also off and on street parking for the use of guest. The host actually lives on the property and is essentially available 24 hours per day. We are able to help with cooking, laundry, computer access, directions to restaurants, parks, malls, amusement parks, stores and other areas of interest as needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant and surrounded with single family homes. There are plenty of fast food locations nearby along with large set of options for sit down restaurants. We have local coffee shops, breakfast places, movie theatres, malls, specialty stores. There is also Lake Norman near by, amusement parks, white water rafting and hiking areas. Most guests get around the area by automobile, bicycles, walking, and Lyft/Uber ride sharing. There is no bus transportation for at least 4 miles from the residence.
