Perfect for families to have the ultimate holiday by the beach, in walking distance to the restaurants, cafes, Country Club and boutique shops of Shoal Bay. Location, location, location! The space Located directly across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, 6 South Pacific has all you will need for your next beach holiday. It is one of the few three-bedroom apartments available on the Shoal Bay Road strip. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Foxtel, secure car park, water views and did I say, right across the road from the beach. Note check in times over Christmas peak times may be 4pm instead of 2pm, check in time will be confirmed 2 days prior to check in. The unit has all you need for a relaxed beach getaway. Open plan living areas, full equipped kitchen, TV with full Foxtel package, DVD, stereo and quality furnishings make this unit a home away from home. Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, TV, Foxtel, balcony also with water views and ensuite. Bedroom two has a double bed and BIR. Bedroom three has two single beds and BIR. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, great for the little ones who like a bubble bath after being at the beach. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. The secured carpark allows for one car, most normal cars/suv’s fit. Please check height if you have items on top of your car. BBQ – There is a communal BBQ area is at the back of the building with outdoor seating, grassed and has a gate. Kid’s can enjoy playing while you get the BBQ ready. Clotheslines are also in this area. Rubbish bins are provided and are located at the rear of the building. Linen is provided and beds made up, you just need to bring your beach towels. You do need to make the beds on arrival. Tomaree mountain has many walks for varying fitness levels, choose yours and enjoy the magnificent views. Shoal Bay village is a short stroll away and has a convenience store, boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, and Shoal Bay Country Club. Guest access There are public buses, Port Stephens Coaches that can provide transport all around the Bay. The airport is about 40 minutes away and the bus company is available if required. There is a taxi company in the area. Parking in parts of Port Stephens is paid parking however there are parking lot's that are free. Parking across the road of South Pacific is free if you have more then one car. There are lot's of walking trails around Shoal Bay where you can go to Nelson Bay or Fingal Bay exploring the wildlife or many beaches on offer. Other things to note All guests are to abide by the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Accommodation. All guests must abide by the By-Laws of the building.
