From its wild and unspoiled landscapes, full of history, cultural and gastronomic heritage without forgetting of course its nautical pleasures (surfing, sailing, kitesurfing...) and fine sandy beaches? You've come to the right place. Lovers of our “country”, we will be able to share with you the passion we have for it. Our typical Breton house is ideally located at the crossroads of the South Bigouden country. The space Free provision of bicycles depending on availability GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION Our home is located just 2 kilometers from the beautiful white sands beaches of Treffiagat-Lechiagat and Guilvinec, along the GR34 circuit and many small hiking trails. It is 2.5 kilometers from the port of Le Guilvinec, where you can see every working day of the week the arrival of the boats and taste the famous ladies (langoustines). Once you reach the hiking trail, on foot or by bike, you can reach very quickly, only 2.5 kilometers, the beautiful port of Lesconil. Our place is also located 9 kilometers from the Torche, one of the best surf spots in France. If you wish, we can provide you with free bikes (6 adult bikes available) which will allow you to access all these superb places in a few pedal strokes. If you are not driven you can also get by bus to Quimper or anywhere in the Bigouden country thanks to the bus stop located just 100 meters from the house. LAYOUT the cottage is composed of 2 terraced houses, one for 6 people and one for 4 people, which we have the opportunity to connect or not according to your wish. So if you want to go on vacation with friends or family, you have the opportunity to get together, while having your independence. We can add an extra bed for an eleventh person if necessary in the large dressing room (room of 9 square meters with velux). - The first house, which is very spacious, consists, on the ground floor, of a living room and an open-plan kitchen of 56 square meters. This large dining room will allow you to easily gather together either to eat or to entertain. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm), a dressing room and a bathroom composed of a shower and a bathtub. - The second house consists of a 20 square meter living room-kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms in a row (1 bed of 140 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm), and a bathroom with shower. You also have, upstairs, a very large 24 m² terrace allowing you to sunbathe in complete privacy or to have your breakfast when you get out of bed (specific equipment in the small solarium that adjoins the terrace). - Outside, the 2 accommodations each have a private terrace, including a very large one that will also allow you to meet. These 2 terraces overlook a garden where you will hear nothing but birdsong. - The common areas consist of a reception lounge and a large 32 m² room in which you will find beach games, a foosball table, a mini table tennis table, board games, children's toys, books, brochures and tourist guides. And above all our advice will allow you to make the most of our beautiful Bigouden Country! - You have several free parking spaces to park your car right next to or in front of the house, or in the village parking lot located 50 meters away. EQUIPMENT You will have all the comforts including a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and 2 small fridges, 2 televisions, a DVD player with DVDs available, wifi, 2 garden lounges... and even a barbecue that will allow you to grill fish or lobster freshly caught by yourself or by our local fishermen. You will also have all the necessary dishes and small appliances and cleaning products will be at your disposal. Bed, toilet, and kitchen linens are included in the price. You will also have board games, children's toys, foosball, tennis rackets and badminton (tennis court and badminton 1 kilometer away and free), books for the whole family, magazines and guides on Brittany and especially our tips to make the most of our beautiful bigouden country.
