The space The front façade of Mas des Pins has a traditional yet elegant feel with the climbing vines on the west side of this charming townhouse’s wall. The spacious north garden can park up to 3 cars. The south garden is also quite expansive with a very well maintained lawn and is surrounded by various tall trees and shrubs which provide partial shading to the garden and a tranquil atmosphere to the travellers. There is also the garden terrace with a stylish woven outdoor living area where friends and families can peacefully enjoy the open air. Further along, is the private swimming area with a 14×6 metre swimming pool and multiple sunbeds for relaxing beneath the summer sun. Mas des Pins also holds a proper tennis court so the travellers can be entertained with a few tennis match sets. There is direct access to the main living room from the south terrace. It is an open living room where bountiful light enters through the large bay windows. The décor and furniture of this area are classic and refined and complemented by a graceful chandelier hanging above. Two other living rooms can be found on the ground floor; down the corridor is a TV room where the travellers can entertain themselves and unwind after a long day of sightseeing and the final living room has an indoor fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen, which can be accessed from the main living area through an open archway, is spacious and charming with contemporary lines. The cooking area is comprised of a central island with a bar counter and stools for extra seating. There is also a stylish wood-bench dining area. There is also a second kitchen with a chic and refined English country-style décor. Mas des Pins has a total of 5 airy bedrooms; 3 can be found on the ground level, each with their own bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms are located on the upper level where one of the rooms has an en-suite shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan for the guests to use at will. For further amusement, a pool room is located on the upper level of Mas des Pins. Other things to note Montpellier-sur-Lez is a peaceful village located no more than 25 minutes away from Montpellier (by car). From Mas des Pins, travellers can reach the Musée Fabre, which is located in the centre of Montpellier along with multiple other museums, by car in 20 minutes. The Montpellier Zoo and Golf Pic St Loup are less than a 10-minute drive. To experience the coast-life, guests need only travel 30 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Palavas-Les-Flots or La Grande Motte.
