Enjoy this newly renovated vacation home, centrally located less than five minutes from Cedar Point, ten minutes from SportsForce Park and just a few blocks to island ferries, bars restaurants and shops in downtown Sandusky! With three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms stocked with travel amenities, an eat-in kitchen with coffee and bottled water, bar area, two-car garage, washer and dryer, large backyard dining space and grill, you can rest assured your vacation dreams will come true!! This home has an open floor plan with a master ensuite (with a full bathroom) on one side of the home. The master has a queen bed and a television as well as a walk-in closet. The living room separates this area from the other two bedrooms and full bathroom. The living room has a memory foam queen sleeper sofa and a 65 inch tv. The two bedrooms on the north end of the home each have queen beds and televisions. Every bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine for guests comfort. The home also has a full- size washer and dryer with All Free Clear Pods and Bounce Free dryer sheets provided. The backyard is privacy fenced (not secured with gates) and has an outdoor dining set with umbrella, extra chairs, and stainless steel propane grill for use. Situated very close to downtown, this urban neighborhood is a mix of established primary residents and seasonal boaters. Guests may access all areas of this home. It has a smart lock system with coded entry. The home does have a security system, which will not be used by guests. This house is situated in an urban neighborhood very close to Sandusky Bay. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents or seasonal boaters. The neighbors just to the north sport colorful "island" boathouses and a fun and charming neighborhood atmosphere. The house sits on a street that sees a lot of pedestrian and automotive traffic. It is a main road into Sandusky and gives guests easy access to area attractions like Cedar Point, SportsForce and the Lake Erie Islands. The neighborhood even has a couple of popular eateries and bars just a block or two away. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.** **The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation.** **TV's are equipped with Roku Streaming & Hulu - No traditional cable. Please inquire with any questions.** **This home is not wheelchair accessible as it does not have a ramp.** **No firearms or fireworks are allowed on this property.** **No confetti or glitter is allowed. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.** A pack n play with two sheets and a small foldable high chair are stored in the master closet for guest use. A baby gate and baby monitor are available by request. Check out instructions are as follows: -All bedding and sheets can remain on the beds. -Towels can be left on the bathroom floors. -Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. -If you used the outdoor propane grill, please ensure that burners and propane tank are turned off. -Please ensure the patio door is locked upon departure. There is both a handle lock and a foot lock that must be locked. -Please ensure the Yale Smartlock on the green front door is locked upon your departure by pressing the Yale button. -Please ensure the garage door is closed upon your departure.
