With a first floor master bedroom with king bed and En-suite convenience for one floor living is easy. With a split staircase and landing the second floor is private with two bedrooms and a full bath and the laundry closet. One bedroom has a king bed, the other bedroom has 2 full beds. Enjoy large closets in every bedroom, TVs in the living room, the master bedroom, and the king bedroom as well and all are smart TVs. Enjoy grilling in the backyard or relaxing around the fire pit to make some wonderful memories :-) Or sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs or porch swing and take in the beautiful view of the park across the street. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to leaving. And please put towels that have been used into the mudroom/laundry room.
