This adorable cottage features an indoor fireplace, loft, screened in porch, outdoor fire pit and outdoor deck. It is tucked away from the road yet only minutes to town. Centrally located you can get to all the towns in the Catskills quickly. Plenty to do like hiking, apple picking, antiquing and shopping. This cottage is the perfect retreat from the city. This light-filled cottage is quaint (600 square feet) but has plenty of little nooks to explore. It also features a blend of local antiques, local art, mid century modern touches and Hudson Valley charm. Features in Apartment Therapy recently, this is the cutest little cottage around! Enjoy! Guests will have access to the entire home I will be available via text but I will not meet my guests there when they arrive. It's set up so they have easy access to the property and can just come on in and start enjoying their vacation. :) This cottage has the best of both worlds. It's a 5 minute drive from town but is tucked back from the road for privacy. It sits on almost an acre of land. It's not uncommon to see many deer and wildlife roaming through the yard. Ample parking, newly re-graveled driveway. Vehicles are necessary to get around the area. The landscaper comes once a week (usually on Thursday) to keep the yard in pristine order. The shower is on the smaller side and can only fit one person. The hot water in the sink sometimes sputters because we are on a well. When the water hasn’t been used for a bit it gets air bubbles in the pipe and can sputter. You will see deer in the yard regularly. They are cute, but please don’t feed them. In the winter I put the table and chairs on the deck away so they are in good condition for the following year. There is also wood for those evening campfires set up out back for you! ❤️
