Spaciously designed, this 2554 square foot home sleeps up to 10 people with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two master suites, two living areas, game room, gorgeous bright kitchen, and custom island dining table with a built in wine fridge. The home has been remodeled with a striking stone wall that surrounds a large propane fireplace in the main floor living room. There is also an oversized L-shaped couch to enjoy it all. Upstairs in the loft there is a second living area with smart TV, blu-ray player, and a sofa sleeper. You will also find the second master with attached bathroom, a game room, and another hall access bathroom upstairs. Head to the private, fully fenced back yard and fire up the BBQ grill on the patio while you enjoy your favorite refreshments with friends and family. Deer Ridge is located across from the bike path and the McCall Golf Course, so it's easy to hop on your bikes and take a leisurely tour through the neighborhood, into downtown, or head to Ponderosa State Park for a scenic ride or hike. Renters must park in driveway and may NOT use the neighbors driveway for parking. No exceptions. There is no cable/satellite TV at this property. Guests may sign into their own streaming services to watch TV. No Pets. No Smoking. This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound. Cameras face driveway, front yard, entrance, and back yard. This home has a recently replaced sewer pump - only human waste and toilet paper can be flushed; ‘flushable wipes’ are not flushable in this system. This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away. Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello!
