RULES: No smoking in the Flat - smoking is allowed in the outdoor area of the condominium parking lot. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine will be charged in the amount of the cleaning fee. Air-Conditioning units must be turned off whenever guests leave the Flat. They are state-of-the-art devices capable of cooling the environment in just 5 minutes and are equipped with a presence sensor - they turn off when the environment is empty. Always use the appliances with windows and doors closed. We do not charge for energy separately, like other properties, so the use of showers and air-conditioners must be done conscientiously. Any extraordinary demands, such as changing linens, beach towels or cleaning service, can be provided upon payment of an extra fee (outsourced service). We charge a cleaning fee, but the flat needs to be delivered in a minimally organized state. Excessive dirtiness left in a disrespectful manner, food scraps on the floor, dirty dishes and pots in the sink, stains on bedding, bath or sofa will result in a charge for the item and/or an extra cleaning fee. Each guest on the reservation will be offered a bath towel. Bath towels are not allowed to be taken to the beach or swimming pools. Towels and bed linen excessively soiled by misuse, makeup stains or some other contaminant that makes it impossible to clean the piece, both in bed linen and bath towels will result in a charge for the item. Accidents Happen! - In case of damage or breakage of any item, please contact us to arrange compensation. Inform if you are bringing a pet at the time of booking. It is forbidden to deep-fry with the apartment closed, due to the risk of residual odor on the sofa and curtains. It is essential to use the exhaust fan and open windows and doors for this type of cooking. THE BEACH: Cupe beach is one of the most calm and exclusive beaches in the Porto de Galinhas region. At low tide, bathing is calm and the famous "caldeirões" are often formed, shallow pools in the sand perfect for children to bathe in. Pontal do Cupe is a 15-20 minute walk away, a beautiful area protected by corals, with crystal clear waters, natural pools for snorkeling and a number of bars and restaurants on the seafront. As it is an area with preserved natural vegetation, there are periods in the year with a greater presence of mosquitoes (usually in the rainy season). The condominium applies weekly fumigation (on Wednesdays) in the common areas for control, but guests are advised to use repellents during these periods. THE FLAT: The apartment is in BLOCO AZURE, the closest to the beach on the right side of the condominium, so it is a few steps from the pools and the beach - In less than a 2-minute walk from the apartment you will be standing on the golden sand of Praia do Cupe. There are 70m² of space fully designed with new furniture and utensils on the SECOND FLOOR (access with elevator and stairs) and facing the GARDEN/PARKING with a view of the city skyline of Porto de Galinhas. We have 3 FULL BEDS + 1 TWIN BED + 1 PORTABLE CRIB (Assembled upon prior request during booking). For guest entertainment, we have two 55-inch Smart TVs with HBO MAX, NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME streaming channels, board games, frescobol rackets and popcorn maker (Balls for sports and rackets and frescobol ball can also be purchased from the condominium reception). We also provide cleaning products, a broom, liquid detergent/soap, a dish sponge, mats and a floor cloth. All items are checked between reservations - in case of damage or malfunction, notify us to arrange for replacement. Delays in check-out time hinder the cleaning and sanitizing operation for the next guests, in addition to delaying the cleaning team, so failure to comply with the CHECK-OUT time will result in a half-day charge (referring to the rate charged on the reservation). Guest access Access to the Resort is via the Atlantic Route, about 45 km (40 minutes) from Recife International Airport. The road network is well signposted and quite safe. Guests will have access to the entire leisure infrastructure and services of the condominium (swimming pools, cinema, fitness center, laundry, playroom, game room, party room, etc.). Cupe Beach, where Flat o Azure is located, is a quiet and large stretch of sandy beach. One of the only beaches in Porto de Galinhas where there are still coconut trees on the seashore, as well as an ecological reserve of Atlantic forest (Mata do Cupe). During low tide, "cauldron-like" shallow pools are formed, perfect for children. The beach is also excellent for surfing. The beach is an "Open Sea" beach, so bathers need to pay attention to the lifeguard signs for areas with the highest incidence of currents. A short walk to Pontal do Cupe guarantees a more peaceful swim, protected by the coral reef barrier. The natural pools of Pontal do Cupe are located a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive along the Porto de Galinhas road. The beach at the cape has a bar, restaurant, snorkel rentals, raft rides and beach huts. Cupe beach is located approximately 4 km from the center of Porto de Galinhas, 4 km from Muro Alto beach, 1 km from the natural pools of Pontal do Cupe and 8 km from Maracaípe Beach. Other things to note We accept small pets that are familiar with apartment spaces. The condominium rules regarding the circulation of PETs must be followed. Any damage caused by PETs must be reported and paid for by the renter.
