Princesa is a waterfront resort located on the popular Sandy Beach! Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment and a ping pong table, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store and Colin's Cantina Restaurant on site! Great family atmosphere! Guest access Princesa Penthouse unique features: * Gorgeous Remodel! * Amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and the Malecon! * Bedrooms: The primary bedroom has a King bed, the guest room has a Queen bed. * Living space has a leather couch and loveseat. A queen matress is available for guests. * There are TVs in every room. * Ceiling fans in each room. * Easy check-in. Arrive at the guard gate, check-in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo! * Beach Wagon with Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Boogie Board for a day of beach fun! You will have full access to the condo except for the closets. There are places to hang clothes in the rooms and also dressers that you can use. Registered guests have full access to the condominium and patio area as well as full resort access. You must make your reservation for the accurate number of guests staying in the condo. Please note, the resort only allows 6 wristbands per unit and every guest needs to wear a wristband at all times. Visitors will NOT be permitted to visit or use the facilities of Princesa. The only area of Princesa that is open to the public is the restaurant/bar on site, Colin’s Cantina.
