You can lounge on the deck or on the dock, fish, swim, visit Margaritaville / Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis or boat and hike, picnic and much more for fun filled holiday. Basement level Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed & 1 Twin Bed to share the room 1 Full Bathroom Living area: 75" Smart TV, board games, ping pong and pool table. Dock is short walk with landscaped steps. Feel at home in this charming cottage nestled among tall trees on popular Lake Lanier. Wood Fire place in the living room is not for guest use. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and use of dock, water sport toys is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the paddle-board . You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the paddle-board and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of paddle-board may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the paddle-board if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the paddle-board while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims. Boat, paddle board or other equipment at the dock is not available for guest use. There are boat rental, marina, public boat ramp close by less with in 5 miles on the lake. You can bring your own water toys at your own risk. There are exterior security cameras overlooking the front yard, backyard and dock. IMPORTANT: Guests must read and adhere to my House Rules, as required by Airbnb.
